I recenlty got married. I have always experienced very sever dysmenorrhea all my life so far. But recently, there is a change to it. I have noticed that I have very severe uterine contractions (uterine cramping) when I try to defecate during my menses. This is the case only on the first and second days of my menses. Is there any particaular reason for it?
