Are you tracking your cycles to see when you are ovulating ? That is really the best way to know for sure. Keep tracking things, including symptoms. If you had symptoms and then they are gone, that sometime suggests a pregnancy not growing. I guess I am also unclear of what your question is....are you pregnant ? No way to tell for certain without a positive test and specific symptoms.
