GENERAL: Constant nausea... help someone please!

I've had nausea almost everyday for about 5 months now... took tests.. everything is fine.. no h.pylori, no low blood sugar, nothing.. i did do an endoscopy, and it came back as a hiatal hernia, but that was treated, and i'm still nauseated.. i don't have any digestive problems, no heartburn.. it doesn't happen more/less often after i eat.. some days it is really bad, some days it's managable. I am 35 and 5'4 at 120 pounds, so it has nothing to do with my weight. they did say my hormone levels were off, so now i am on the pill, but that still isn't helping. that is the only medication i take. I am very active and excercise regularly. the only thing i have is an IUD.. could that be it? i've had it for 6 years, it's the copper T- with no side effects ever. The nausea feeling is worse if i press on my upper right side just under my rib cage... I've had my gall bladder removed years ago, and the tests taken recently said my pancreas was fine. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do next? i have taken antacid tabs, stomach meds.. all with no relief. I just want to feel normal again, and i would be indebted to anyone who could help me with this! thank you so much! -ps. the joke we have going with me is that i will die, and they will find out with the autopsy that it was something simple that could have been taken care of very easily... Carrie P.S. Yesterday it was at it's worse, and i took a short nap to try and "sleep the nausea away", and i actually felt a little better. I usually feel the worst in the morning/early afternoon.
