Your situation is pretty complicated, and I don't feel I can comment
regarind the medical issues you are describing. You do not need to take
anti-depressants if you don't want them, and just refuse to take them.
You need to find a gyn provider who will take you seriously, and try to
determine what is happening with you. If you need the cyst removed,
have it removed, to be certain you have ruled out anything serious. Be
assertive with your health care. You sound like you have real physical
concerns.
