By all means, even from a non-medical stand point, a hysterectomy would be the best option in your case. In fact, I would recommend a TAH BSO. That is a total abdominal hysterectomy. By doing it abdominally they are ready in case of spread of dysplasia beyond the cervix. Remove both ovaries and wake up on some kind of hormone replacement.

Good luck, the surgery isn't horrible. Two weeks of doing pretty much nothing and then LIGHT duty for 4-6 after that.

Get a second opinion. I would bet it is the same opinion.

**Be sure to have hormones on board when you wake up from anasthesia.**
