Many of these are just descriptive terms for what was found on the
biopsy. They describe the types of cells, the look of the cells, etc.
They really aren't that important. It sounds like they do suggest
dysplasia/cervical changes, and that is the concern. Once exposed to
HPV, it rarely totally goes away, tho removal helps.
