CONTRACEPTION: Continuous Use of BCP

What is the best pill to use if I want to have fewer periods per year? I've heard of Seasonale but I've also read that some patients experience spotting. I'd like to choose the brand that will really reduce them to a few per year. With minimal spoting. In the opinions of the doctors here; which type/brand would that be? Many Thanks....
