One reason I didn't respond is that your situation is very complicated.
YOU need a gyn provider who will explain things and work with you to
find a cure. I would highyly suspect HPV is at the root of many of your
concerns. It is associated with cervical changes, and most probably
vaginal wall changes in your situation. I am doubtful the pain you are
feeling is associated wiht the cytotec of prostin gel that was used to
induce labor. Sometiems women do have pain like you are describing. A
good look with a colposcopy is in order, to look carefully at the
tissues and take appropriate biopsies.
