I am almost a week out from laparoscopic surgery (tomorrow) and I had my first post-op appointment today, but with all of the other things to deal with, I forgot to ask my doctor if I was off pelvic rest and he did not say anything. Does that mean that I am still supposed to be on pelvic rest until my next appointment in 2 weeks? I'm not in any hurry to resume intercourse (still in too much pain to even think about it), but I do miss my hot baths. My doctor is out of the office until Monday, so I can't ask until then. I was just curious how long pelvic rest is supposed to continue. Thanks.
