Congratulations on your baby! What a wonderful time. I would have your dr. take a look at your bottom. It is always safer to have them take a look.

I noticed adhesions in your subject line, I feel certain that this has nothing to do with adhesions, as they are internal.

Call the dr.; I am sure it is nothing.
