I understand what you were feeling every month because I was Miserable to say the least. I also was on antibiotic. I always had painful urination too. To say the least I had two lung collapses, lost my gall bladder last May (it was attached to my stomach and quit working) and just had a hysterectomy TAH/BSO and removal of appendix. All from endo. Don't hesitate to email me if you want to. I would see if the da vinci robotic surgery could work for you. I wish I would have had a different option but I didn't. Take care.
