PREGNANCY: 4 Week Ultrasound--Please Help!

I am on clomid, and before my doctor would administer the third round, she had me come do an ultrasound to check for cysts or other problems. I had the ultrasound yesterday, and it showed my endometrium is thickened. My period is not due until Saturday, so I am not late, and it was 4 weeks two days since my lmp (last menstrual period)(I have a 33/34 day cycle since being on clomid). They did a urine pregnancy test because of the thickened lining and it came out faintly positive. When I took one at home this morning, it was negative. The did a blood test to check my hcg level and my progesterone level, but I won't know the results until later. I am trying not to get too excited, but is it possible??? I have been trying for over two years now with no success. Is there any other reason that my endometrium would be thickened other than pregnancy? Is it possible that the faint positive was a false positive? Please, I am going out of my mind...
