i had a pelvic ultrasound done in the er and they did not read the results they gave me the results to take to my family doctor but i dont have a family doctor i was woundering if you could help. the test reads there are small bilateral ovarian follicles present measuring up tp 1 cm bilaterally. no culdesac fluid is apparent. mildly thickened endometrium. small bilateral ovarian follicles. it also had my measurements for both ovaries and uterus.my measurements for my ovaries were right 4.0x 1.6x 2.4 cm my left was 4.0 x 2.2 3.6 cm . my uterus was 10.7 x 4.3 x 5.7 cm
