Sorry you are having pain.

The hysterectomy cured the adenomyosis - that is good news.

It certainly could be the endo or adhesions or both. Most times they can explore laproscopically for both of these conditions and the recovery time is minimal. I am certain it is nothing to worry about, just a PAIN!
