Often times a CT scan is recommended in this situation; albeit usually if the prolactin level is fine there is nothing to worry about.

As long as it only comes in when you try to get it out and your prolactin levels are fine it isn't a problem.

IMHO, talk to your Dr about the scan and be sure to tell him/her any and all presciption and non-presciption medications you take. Even recreational drugs, marijuana smoking has been known to cause this.
