I could not take the Feosol due to GI intolerance and so my doctor had me try Repliva instead. I have been taking the Repliva once a day for about 3 weeks, but this past week I have seemed to notice a significant problem with lightheadedness, dizziness, and severe fatigue. I had an extremely heavy period that lasted about 8 days and ended about 5 days ago, and that seems to be when the symptoms began. I feel like even with taking the Repliva, I cannot seem to bounce back with my iron levels. Does anyone know about the efficacy of Repliva? Is it less effective than other iron supplements?
