If you are having regular cycles, and something you can call a period, this seems fairly normal to me. Cycles can change with birth control pill use, and also as we age. Did I understand you correctly that you are not using the pill, or any other method of hormonal birth control at this time ?

Are you ovulating ? Do you see the signs of ovulation ? If so,there isn't much more to worry about, if your body is regularly cycling.

Is your concern future fertiilty ?

I would investigate the breast tenderness, if it is all month long.

I would also suggest having your thyroid checked. Sometimes it is associated with lighter periods. Overall, though, it sounds like things are fairly normal.
