Multiple hemorrhagic cysts, Hemorrhagic corpus leuteum, enlarged ovary, serosal fibrosis. Vascular congestion with dilated ovarian vein(s).I am especially interested in understanding the meaning and significance of serosal fibrosis. Does it mean scar tissue or scaring on the surface of the ovary? They had ? query torsion/detorsion as pre-op diagnosis. Thank you so much for your help.
