The exam showed "arias-stella" phenomenon. I'd like to know what this means. I've searched for it on the internet and on this site, but my question is, does it always mean an ectopic pragnancy? Or is it normal to have an 'arias stella reaction' after an missed abortion? And what will be the next step, an new exam or ultrasound?
