Okay, what do you mean 'tracking your cycles' ? Do you know the SS of ovulation ? Do you see them/experience them ? Are you having mid -ovuation cramps and/or a change in the vaginal discharge ?All of these things are SS of ovulation. Temp taking helps. If you are having SS of ovulation, then you are most likely ovulating. Just having regular cycles isn't the only thing to look at. I have included tons of links below that might be helpful.
