(no >>exercise, sex, walks...since this started after christmas)...the docs >>seem puzzled...any ideas???? i would be so grateful for your >>feedback....should i have this ovary removed? has anyone had this kind >>of pain associated with a cyst? thank you so much for you help.... > >-- >Pat Sonnenstuhl, CNM, RN thanks so much...i have seen urologist and she ruled out interstitial cystitus after talking to me...i have frequent urination, many times at night, but no pain relief after i go...i am following up with gastro (i have had IBS in past but never had pain and don't know how that could cause pain that feels like it is my cervix) i have had three pelvic u/s and one pelvic mri...all tests showed the same cyst and i have been assured it is functional cyst that is "hemorraghic" and it isn't cancer. only labs i had were urinalysis and cbc...all normal except low red blood cells, hemoglobin and hematocrit ....the pain is really bad at the line of my hip bones on my belly and it hurts to sit flat on my bottom...almost like i'm bruised inside...are there any tests you could recommend that i ask for? i feel the docs are at a loss. could a cyst do this?..does anyone know of a pelvic pain specialist in the seattle are?
