This is a good time to start learning how to track your cycles and look for ovulation. It depends upon when the IUD was removed in your cycle. If it was in the middle, between periods, then ovulation can occur then. There are lots of good resources for leaning how to track your cycles. Keep an eye on the bleeding. It should lessen. If your LMP started March 15th, that would be the first day of your menstrual cycle. The bleeding is no doubt from the IUD removal, and perhaps a physiologic response.
