I would encourage very healthy eating, continuing with your exercise, and try to avoid starchy carbs, empty calories and any major sources of sugar. Ultrasounds are not that clear about actual weight. You wound like you are doing the best you can with all of the information you have. Be sure to not let yourself be over managed. Try to go into spontaneous labor so that your baby can be born when it is ready.
