No discomfort when it is in, however, after an hour or so I feel the same type of bulge feeling in my vagina even though the pessary is in place. I've even held a mirror to get a look and I can see (and feel) a bulge near the opening. Do I need a larger size? Or am I not a candidate for a pessary? Apparently it seems the pessary is not holding up what is dhould.
