You have lymph nodes in that area and the fact that you have some symptoms of an illness it could simply be your immune system at work, however, because you are breastfeeding you must also consider the health of your baby as well as your own. With that in mind - please do see your doctor. At the very least call and speak with one of the nurses in the office. It could be something as simple as an inflamed hair follicle and some simple home remedy (hot compresses, etc.) would resolve it but you should consult the experts first.
