And it is centralized in the lower centre of my abdomen. It is painful. It occurs a day or two before my menstruation starts. And recently, I have been noticing that my menstruation blood is brown and those blood clots that come out is brown too. My menstruation takes a long time to clear (e.g. 12 days) but however, even on the first day it is very little. Used to be a lot but not anymore just that the time frame for it to end is long. Can give me advise on this?
