GYNECOLOGIC: Orange-Pink DC, odor - part two

My questions:

1. When I was able to get out, I got blood testing done for HIV, Hepatitis, etc, all negative. About a month after our last contact, I started noticing a strange vaginal odor (I've ALWAYS had heavy discharge/frequent yeast infections, this was different). I am not sure that I'd call it "fishy" like a BV odor, but very strong/unpleasant. I can smell it when getting up from sitting, and outside of my clothes, despite always wearing a maxipad now. It's almost...metallic-like. Also, I have a pinkish discharge. At first last year, it was actually orange. Then over the months, it turned to pink. I didn't really follow up with investigating it further. It mostly seemed to happen prior to my period, and it has continued each month, in addition to a heavy, yellow-brown discharge that I have most of the remainder of the month. I do have cramps, nausea and fevers, but I have endo and other health problems...Can this be a sign of an STD? If so, which? I'm extremely worried that I was exposed to something we didn't test for. I've never had a need to worry about STDs before, so I know little to nothing about them.

2. Could the above symptoms be due to another problem relating to the endometriosis? Could it be a sign that the ovarian mass is malignant? They have never bothered doing a CA-125 with me, as they expect it to be positive due to the endo. Again, I am awaiting surgery, and know that I won't know anything until the path. report returns, but just wanted to know if that can be a symptom of a malignancy, of the ovary, uterus, cervix, or...
