I am now regular again. It has been 8 months since I had the irregular problem. After I had bled for about 2 weeks, I started having lower left pelvic pain (during irregular bleeding) Ultrasound showed area of echogenity, hyper I think, and possible calcification, possible dermoid, 2cm. I feel almost 100% certain that the 2 months of no period then 4 or 5 weeks bleeding with clots, triggered what is being seen on ultrasound, or flared up what was already there. Still having lower left uncomfortable pulling type feeling. Never had any surgeries. Had one child, vaginally. Any thoughts and information would be greatly appreciated.
