hydrosalpinx with spillage?

I recently had an HSG. The radiologist's report stated there was a "minimal hydrosalpinx with delayed spillage of contrast" on the left. The spillage was "relatively delayed" compared to the right unremarkable tube. My question is- how can a tube with spillage be termed hydrosalpinx? This is a scary term and condition- can I be assured slightly since the presumed blockage is not complete?

Thanks for your time.
