42 years old, abnormal pap, heavy, heavy clotting for past year, unusual for me, bleeding bright red different consistency between periods at times, exam doc. says uterus enlarged, go for sonogram next week. My hormone, throid looked fine. Don't have any pain other than ab. feels bloated and lower back pain at times. Have read that uterine cancer occurs in older women. Can 42 year old have uterine cancer? I am just thinking this is a normal occurence when we get older? Am I incorrect?
