I have been trying to get pregnant for the last year. I have had two surgeries to remove fibroids and a endometrioma. My hsg was fine and my OB/GYN gave me the go ahead to try to get pregnant. After 6 months of no success she tested my progesterone level and found that is was low during the luteal phase. She started me on oral micronized progesterone. After another 2 cylces with no success she started me on a cycle of clomid. We did clomid cd 5-9 with an ultra sound on day 11. I had one follicle at 22mm. She induced ovulation with an injection of HCG. She told me to again start with the oral progesterone on day 13. My cycles have averaged 26 days. By day 32 I still had not started my period but all pregnancy tests (urine and serum) have been negative. I have never missed a period since I started and have always had a normal cycle of 25-28 days. Any ideas of why my period has suddenly disappeared and could this be a side effect of the clomid?
