About a yr ago, I noticed a very dark blue vein going across my vulva... I was very alarmed by this. I saw my doctor and they didnt seem concerned and said it was an irritated vein... I am assuming Vericose? But anyway, I used an ointment and it did go away. But a white line remained where the vein was.... It does not hurt but is uncomfortable if touched or wear tight clothing. I have read about vericose veins occuring in the vulva but mostly in pregnant women. Is it normal that someone who is not pregnant get this? I have noticed that the vein is back, and am using Lidocane for the treatment? Just a bit worried that it may be something more serious or why its coming back?
