A LEEP should be more than adequate treatment for mild dysplasia. Most oncologists have given up on efudex as a treatment for cancer because the side effects were so bad. Stopping smoking would be very beneficial in preventing a recurrence. 90+% of women with dysplasia smoke. It seems tro impair the immune system and allows the HPV to do whatever it does to cause dysplasia.
