I went to the hospital just to make sure I did not have internal bleeding. That's the only test I got and found out that was alright. My hip was very sore and I had bruising and swelling around it in the front and around my side. the pain took about a month and a half to go away. the weekend before last I went out dancing and the next day my side ached. It is still bothering me. It feels like my side is in a deep stretch, and feels like a warm tingling sensation. it is uncomfortable especially when a movement causes that side to crunch. I began to ice it and discovered it eased the discomfort. Any ideas what could be wrong?
