Hi, I took Depo provera injection about 1 year and a half ago, and experienced massive weight gain in the first three months (45 pounds) I immediately stopped taking it but have never started getting my periods again. I have had a very difficult time losing the weight and have not gotten my period or ovulated since then. Is this from the weight gain or from the Depo injection? Is this normal? And will I not start my period until I lose all the weight I gained?
