In my opinion, It would depend on what part of my cycle I was in. If you are on the antibiotics for only a week or so and past when you would normally ovulate if you weren't on the pill, then I would think that VCF would be fine. But if you're on the antibiotics for a while and/or absolutely don't want to get pregnant, I wouldn't risk it and use a condom too.
