? about opks and + 6 days in a row

i did look in the archives, but the reply was from 1997. wondering if it's still true today.

anyway, here goes.

i'm using ovulation predictor kits and basal body temperature this month to try to conceive. starting testing with opk on day 9 of my cycle. got a positive around day 11. continued testing (sorry, i'm anal about it), and got a positive again day 13. more positives followed. it's now day 18, and i've gotten positives every day since day 13. i'm charting at the fertility friend website, and posting my temps there. their online handbook says that ovulation will occur after the last +opk. however, the answer here in the archives says that ovulation occurs after the first +opk.

just want to know what to do. i'm about to break open my third box of tests tomorrow. i've been praying for a negative because dh and i have been "carpet bombing my insides" every other day since day 9. we are exhausted and sick of sex now. lol.

should i quit testing? should i continue until i see a negative?

if it's a hormone problem, what possible causes are there?

my doc wants to do a progesterone test saturday which will be day 21 for me. what should the numbers be if i ovulated around day 13 or 14?

sorry so long. i just feel like i am going nuts.
