*Hi*: Citrucel works great for me too. It's great with orange juice! I have the same problem. I also take a calcium/magnesium supplement at night before I go to bed, it helps relax the body muscles and the magnezium helps with the bowel movements. Other options, sprinkle ground flax seeds over salads, cereal, yogurt etc. The flax seed is a great source of Omega-3 good oils (anti-inflammatory) and a GREAT source of fiber. You can pick that up at your local health food store. Another option is Fiber cereal (Fiber-One has highest content), I mix it with my favorite cereal. I combine most of those things a little through each day so I don't have to swallow big pills or get tired of taking something. Best of luck! Angel
