Streptococcus pyogenes is normal vaginal flora. If wet smear of discharge shows fungus then treatment for yeast i.e. Monistat. If doesn't go away and wet smear still shows yeast then a fungus culture with identification of the fungus and appropriate treatment based on that is indicated. If wet smear shows either trichomonas or bacterial vaginosis, treatment with metronidazol would be indicated.
