2.5 weeks of PMS, no period and not pregnant

30 years old, had irregular cycles in the past, but reduced stress and managed to have 31 day cycles for the last 9 months.

I can normally tell about 2 days before my period is due because I get IBS, nausea, cramps and pain in my pelvic glands and my cervix feels very low. Started getting all of these signs on day 31. This made sense because of my cycles this year and the fact I had ovulation signs on day 16 (high cervix, cervical fluid but BBT not measured).

It is now day 48 and no period. Last week it felt like my body was 'desperate to bleed', and I had such bad nausea and crampsI had to take Ibuprofen. The pains aren't that bad anymore though I still feel pre-menstrual.

I trawled through the archives and from the excellent advice in those I think I have deduced it could be one of the following: 1) I have not ovulated yet or have ovulated much later than I thought 2) I am pregnant 3) I have persistent corpeus luteum

I have only had sex on day 31 and day 32 - withdrawal but I more than accept that pregnancy is possible. I did a Clearblue HPT 14 days afterwards and 16 days afterward (i.e. today) and they showed negative. In previous pregnancy, the HPT showed positive 13 days after 'conceptual sex' and I had extreme vomiting (more than 10 times a day) from the same day.

I assume levels of HCG could vary between pregnancies so I will do another HPT in a few days but I am assuming it is either 1 or 3. If it was 1, is there something I should worry about with having premenstraul symptoms for so long?
