Hi there, I had annoying acne flare ups for years. Went on Diane 35 and it REALLY helped to clear it up. Then a few years later my doctor took me off of it and put me on Alesse. My acne flare-ups came back again. I have since begun to take Diane 35 again, so hopefully my acne will improve. Hope this helped. Deanna
