Hi, I had a Total Abdominal Hysterectomy four months (as yesterday) ago. Removal of both ovaries and cervix. Anyway, things haven't gone fantastically well, and i've had a LOT of post op complications - mainly infections. But just over the last couple of weeks, i now feel fantastic. For the first time in my life i'm pain free. After my op, i had a little bit of bleeding straight away, and then some more about day 12, which i was told was the internal stitches disolving, and then nothing. It's taken me forever to believe that i won't start to bleed again, and i was just starting to relax. Anyway, i know this may be a bit personal, but hey, i need to ask. Don't read on if you're a prude! This afternoon, my boyfriend and I were fooling around. We didn't have full intercourse, but he used a vibrator on me and brought me to orgasm. Sorry, i said it was personal. Anyway, all was ok, and then a couple of hours later i went for a wee, and i noticed a "show" of bright red blood. So now i'm REALLY worried. This is scaring the pants of me, and i'm just not sure what to do. It's not a massive amount, but it was definitely red. I'm not in any pain. So help, please, before i start to pace the floor and drive myself crazy.... Thankyou. M
