A lot of women dont have an orgasm until later after they have been sexually active for some time. I would recommend that you check out the video "Selfloving" by Betty Dodson. It does show women masturbating and gives you a step by step guide on how to use a vibrator effectively to achieve orgasm. You can also visit her web site http://www.bettydodson.com (Warning it does have adult info/pictures) Do you do pelvic floor exercises? If not, then I suggest you get going on these straight away. Check out some pregnancy sites for more info on how to do them. It is very important to have good pelvic floor muscles for orgasm......strengthing intesifies orgasm and will help you to achieve it. During masturbation, concentrate on this muscles squeezing and lifting them while you are using a vibrator. Are you Breathing? Its quite common to hold the breath during arousal as you get tense, but those pelvic muscles need lots of oxygen, so just try to relax and breath very, very deeply. Most of all, take the pressure off yourself to come. It will happen but try not to make it the most important thing in the world.....as fear of it not happening is likely to stop it from happening. Good luck.
