I was told on a previous OBGYN visit that I was possibly premenopausal, while I was being examined after losing my uterine 'cap'...which was quite alarming. I have since had a full exam by my family doctor, I was told if anything was wrong I would hear from them. This was almost a year ago. Lately I have been feeling as if my uterus is 'hard' with periodic excess bleeding mid cycle. I now cramp during a period, something new within the last 2 years. I am overweight, so feeling my uterous while lying down is unusual. It also feels pressured during intercourse with spotting afterward. I have no children, I was diagnosed with PCOS when my husband I went for unsuccessful infertility treatment over 10 years ago. Should I be concerned?
