what places can adhesions/endo go to that cannot be seen by laparascopic surgery?can you have adhesions/endo deep in the muscle/nerves/spine/sacrum that can cause leg pain/tightness can you see all of the large intestine through laparascopy, could adhesions/endo be missed in those areas, how about areas behind the kidneys. i had my uterosacro ligament shortened due to adhesions/endo and then sewn to my shortened vaginal cuff. I could hardly bend over after this. i am experiencing alot of left buttock pain along with pain in my lower lumbar. my doc says it is poss. that the shortening and sewing together of these two things might cause this problem. he may have to lengthen the muscle,, he did not say which muscle. I have alot of muscle tightness including my gludeus max, and my psoas muscle. strange things have been happening. I am also experiencing weird bowel problems. my fecal matter isn't processing normally and is backing up according to my GI doc khe wants me to take alot of fiber and also fiber supplements and try to retone my bowel. none of this has worked including all this physical therapy.I have burning in my lowerback. i think it has something to do with adhesions that have been missed and poss. the tightning of this ligament. these problems are all weird andmany docs keep misdiagnosing them. i just would like if a doc could answer these questions especially about this ligament. i know that this ligament passes from the post.wall of the uterus(which i don't have) over the upper 4th of the vagina and then on the rectum and sacrum.. could this also be a problem if shortened it would cause sacrum pain?
