I had the exact same symptoms you described. My OBGYN thought for sure it was either endo or an ovarian cyst, even after an ultrasound. I had an emergency laparoscopy but when I woke up from the anesthesia my pain came right back and the doctor said she couldn't find anything. I had a battery of tests and scans and finally went to see a gastroenterologist. I then had a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with colitis. Colitis is an irritation of the colon. I am now on a good medication for the colitis and on a high fiber diet which has helped a lot! Best of luck! Angel
