Hi: Yes, I also agree, it's probably a good idea to check it out with your doctor to make sure it's not still inside you. But just a suggestion for future situations. One of the best natural preventative measures you can take when you feel a yeast infection coming on is to eat yogurt. Yogurt has active cultures that are good for you. Even though a garlic clove is natural, it's probably not a good idea, reason being is that you risk introducing more bacteria from the garlic (since it is a plant and can often have dirt and bacteria) as well as bacteria from your hands.
