Prolapse after hysterectomy -- how common?

I am 31 years old, have never been pregnant, and am having vaginal hysterectomy next week for dysfunctional uterine bleeding and painful periods, possible adenomyosis. I have a small uterus and don't have any prolapse to my knowledge...my question is, how common is any kind of prolapse forming after having a hysterectomy? I have heard that the bladder is more prone to prolapse, as well as the vaginal vault, but if I already have good support and have never had kids, and since I am so young is this less likely? What is the general likelihood of this happening? Also, how can I prevent this from happening in the future? Thanks in advance for your response.
