It is very possible that it is "lost" in there. Women lose tampons and cervical caps all the time. It's best if you go to the Doctor to make sure it's not in there and to remove it if it is. Better sooner than later, garlic is very harsh to sensitive skin so it could potentially cause problems if it's not removed. Good luck.
