Just one more thought from someone else who has had one. Two possibilities: this is about the time your stitches (the internal ones) are disolving so you may bleed some from that. Also you may be becoming more active as you feel better, might cause a little bleeding. That said, I was told to call if the bleeding was bright red or as much as a period.
